What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. Installment options vary by store and can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes
How do I use it?
Just shop THE ARTISAN and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Shop Pay Installments as your payment method. You will be directed to the Shop Pay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Shop Pay before, just log into your Shop account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for either option, and the order value must be between $50 and $1000.
Are there extra fees when I use it?
For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.You can pay your balance off early without penalty. There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

Is there a minimum that I must spend in order to use either?
Your cart must exceed $50 in order to use both at checkout.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using Shop Pay?
Yes, your bag value must be between $50 and $1,000 to use Shop Pay with THE ARTISAN. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Shop Pay and THE ARTISAN are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.
Can I use either if I’m an international customer?
Shop Pay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number.
Is there a minimum age requirement for using Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
How does the payment schedule work?
Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Shop Pay to make your payments early. You can log in to your Shop Pay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Will I be notified when a payment is due?
Shop Pay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules in the Shop App.
Can I pay early?
You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Shop account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit ‘Pay Now.’
When will my items be delivered if I use Shop Pay?
Shop Pay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any other order from THE ARTISAN.

What if I can’t pay an Shop Pay installment?
If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be affected for future purchases when checking out with Shop Pay Installments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Shop Pay?
Shop Pay returns follow our standard return process. Please see THE ARTISAN’s specific directions on how to return items here. Please note, refunds for Shop Pay will first be refunded from THE ARTISAN to Shop Pay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
Can I edit or modify my order after placing it?
Once Shop Pay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. THE ARTISAN is able to issue partial refunds through Shop Pay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
